The previous articles made you aware of your body type and what kind of exercises you need to be doing in order to stay healthy. These exercises are important for your body, as well as for your face. The results of having a regular exercise regimen will show on your face. Your skin will glow and look younger and smoother, while your face will appear slimmer. This is because your facial muscles are responding to all the goodness you are providing them with.
There are twenty‐six voluntary muscles in your face. Each of these muscles is made up of cells. Surrounding each cell is a fluid membrane which allows water and nutrients to come into the cell while sending toxins and waste out of the cell. This system is greatly aided by healthy foods. When we consume healthy foods like fruit, vegetables, whole grain, and omega3 proteins, we create efficient membranes around each of our cells. As a result, our cells are well hydrated and nourished with very minimal toxins or waste surrounding them.
This means that the muscles, which are made up by the cells are also well nourished and toxin free. These conditions are what make your skin glow, giving you a younger appearance. Since the cells are getting their needed nutrients and letting go of toxins, waste, and all unneeded material, the face also looks slimmer and healthier.
Apart from familiarizing you with your body type, the previous articles also taught you about the shape of your face. We talked about how you can make your face look slimmer through hairstyles, as well as which your problem areas are in terms of facial fat, depending on your face shape. As you probably know or can guess, no matter what shape you have, you still have the same amount of facial muscles and facial bones as everyone else, and these muscles and bones all do the same things.
When it comes to trying to lose facial fat, it is important to acquaint yourself with the structure of the face and neck, particularly the bones and muscles you will be using. I find that getting to know the names of the muscles we are working out, and understanding how these muscles work and how they will help us lose facial fat can be a great motivator for many people. Also, knowing which bones you need to look out for can help you mark your progress as you go along your facial exercise regimen. These are great motivators because it gives you a sense of really getting down to business. It gives you the feeling of zeroing in on your target.
