The last part of the beauty regimen is a part that deserves its own article, and that is sleep. Many people take sleep for granted, but the truth is that there is nothing more important when it comes to caring for your skin, and when it comes to losing facial fat! There are so many benefits your body gets from a good night's sleep, which is why it's called beauty sleep.
First, make sure you get a good night's sleep every night with at least seven to eight hours each night. Afternoon naps on weekends are good too! While we sleep, our bodies repair and regenerate. Collagen and/or protein production is boosted and new skin is formed. This helps the body repair its cells. This is good for your skin, and it's what you need to make sure your skin maintains its youthful glow and its elasticity.
Because the voluntary part of our bodies have shut down, the involuntary areas can take over and do maintenance work while we rest. Maintenance includes preventing wrinkles, fixing dark spots or age spots, and creating new skin. This is one of the reasons why we always feel much better after we sleep, and it's the same reasons why we're sleepy when we're sick. Your body is fixing itself!
Second, getting a good amount of sleep each night can help make your body thinner and can help slim your face. Having the right amount of sleep allows your body to clean out all the toxins, and it will naturally flush these out in the morning. This means the toxins found in your fat deposits will be taken away too, slowly lessening your fat deposits.
A good amount of sleep is also known to balance your hormone levels and your metabolism, making you less hungry during the day while speeding your metabolism. Plus, anything you may be doing to lose weight during the day, for example, eating a healthy diet and regular exercising, can help your body thin you out while you sleep!
Make sure you are asleep between the hours of 11pm to 1am because this is when the body does its work of gathering toxins from all over and preparing them for removal the next day. Being awake during these hours can force these toxins back into your system, particularly into your liver, and this can be detrimental to your health in the long run. Try getting to bed by 10pm every night so that you're sure to be asleep during this important window of time!
Finally, getting a good amount of sleep makes you smarter, reduces your risk for heart disease, and can have a hand in preventing cancer. You feel more energized when you get the right amount of sleep, and your body generally performs better in almost all aspects. You are also less bloated or puffy after a good night's sleep, which is sometimes the cause behind fat faces or fat necks. So make sure you get good night's sleep every night! You only have benefits to gain!
You will meet the best results following any beauty regimen if you start young. I would recommend you begin caring for your skin soon after your teens, maybe after your golden age or after the age of 24. If you start young, while your skin is still young, you can preserve this youth for a very long time. It's never too early to start caring for your face and skin, so the sooner you start the better. At an early age, your skin will respond to the help and care you are giving it, and preserve itself as best it can beginning the time you start your regimen.
Starting young also applies to face and neck exercises. These exercises tone the muscles while the beauty regimen takes care of your skin. By the time you reach middle‐age you will still have a beautiful face which is well proportioned, properly toned, and has a youthful glow. You will look better than people your age, and you are even likely to look better than some people younger than you!
Remember that at the end of the day it's all about having a beautiful face. So start your daily exercise, good diet, skin care regimen, and facial exercises today to assure yourself that you will always be the most beautiful and youthful you!
