Every person, whether man or woman, is at their most beautiful between the ages of 14 to 24. This is usually the time that your face will best fit the description of a beautiful face. Of course there are people who do go through growing pains during these years while others look fantastic well into their forties or fifties, but their ability to retain their beauty is usually due to a very specific beauty regimen. For the majority of society, however, the golden decade is this time of young adulthood. This golden age can be stretched on to a person's late twenties, but the natural beauty begins to fade slowly once a person hits the age of thirty.
This golden decade is the time that people look their best because their bodies are at their peak. Most people will notice that they were most physically active, energetic, and their faces were at its best during this time of their lives. At this age, your body is able to metabolize foods (even junk food) well, and all the body's other systems are working at full potential. It is also a time before excessive stress, and as we know, stress ages both the body and the face.
Some people believe that you have to be born with a beautiful face. While it is true that there are people out there who are born knock outs, a beautiful face is something anyone can achieve with discipline and time. For those of us who are past the golden decade, are nearing its end, or are in this golden time of our lives but are going through growing pains, this book has come to make you take a good look in the mirror and attend to your face and its needs, beginning with the problem more people have than they are willing to admit: chubby features.
