Your mouth may say one thing, but your body may be saying something else. Talk is cheap – words can be tossed around without having an ounce of truth to them. Actions do speak louder than words, since they're basically more accurate at identifying the real motives a person may have, regardless of what they say.
Which is why reading facial expressions is important – knowing when something isn't quite as told can be read off one's face. This is a fact that everyone has come to be aware of. And with it, people tend to draw conclusions about the people they meet based on this fact. So when meeting someone new (like a date perhaps), you wanna be sure you give off the right “signals” to make a good lasting impression.
And yes, having a fat face can cause people to cast negative verdicts on you as a person. You may be happy and jolly, but your chubby mug tells people otherwise – when enough fat accumulates in your cheeks, jaw line, and eyes, everything gets pulled down by gravity. That in turn projects a sad, unattractive, old, unapproachable and boring image.
This is how people without the “developed” reading facial expressions ability tend to judge people like you. But don't worry; that could easily be cured by plenty of exercise and proper diet, provided you incorporate the right fat face exercises in your routine.
Moving forward, another facial feature that people tend to use to identify what kind if individual you are is your lips. When your lips are curved upwards, it means you're a positive and jolly person. But when the curve of your lips go downwards, it usually indicates that you're a dull and dissatisfied individual.
Having said that, folks with really saggy faces due to excess face fat tend to have the curves of their lips going down, an indicator that they're gloomy. Again, even if it's not the kind of guy you are, others would beg to differ.
People attuned to reading facial expressions take note of the jaw line as well. Having a strong jaw line has been associated with authority and confidence. As for those with the opposite, they are usually associated with being the underdog, insecure and feminine (when the subject is a male). With that said, if you've got a face full of fats, that automatically puts in you in the “underdog group”. Now you may have a nice strong jaw line, but nobody could care less with it covered in fat.
As I've mentioned earlier, proper diet and plenty of exercise is key to obtaining the a nice and healthy face that sends out the right kind of signals. Doesn't matter if you're fat or not; a routine that includes the above can be used by everyone.
