Next, water is a great agent for losing weight and burning fat. You see, as water gets distributed in our bodies, it takes away unneeded or unnecessary components and flushes it out as waste. If we have unnecessary fat in our bodies, water can melt it or break it down and take it out. As a result of drinking a good amount of water, our body will only retain the needed fat. This is the same for the fat in our face – water can flush some of it away.

Another liquid that is good at burning fat is milk. You may think this is odd, but it's true. Boosting your calcium intake through milk can help burn fat. Just remember to choose low fat milks such as skim milk or 2% fat milk. Drinking about 1200 milligrams of low fat milk a day can help you lose weight all over your body. Combined with water, you have a winning combination!

So how much water should you drink? The standard answer is eight glasses of water a day. I would say this is about correct since it is recommended you drink two glasses with every meal, and if you have one glass in between each meal, then that makes eight. However, if you can drink more than eight a day, do so. You will discover that it isn't that much.

If you can, try to drink your water at room temperature levels instead of ice cold. Incredibly cold water is not good for your body, refreshing as it is. Drinking your water at room temperature level will lessen the strain on your body when it comes to working with the water.

Apart from drinking a lot of water, you should also stay away from carbonated drinks, sugar filled drinks, and alcohol. Too much sugar is bad for your body because it can lead to some health problems. You have to remember to keep your sugar levels low. Carbonated drinks on the other hand, are bad for your bodybecause they age your cells and your system faster than it should be aging. This is the same with alcohol. Drinking alcohol not only ages your skin, but it strains your liver and adds calories to your diet! So stay way from these drinks and drink more water!

When coupled with the good cell membranes built by fish and seafood, water gives our body an easier time replenishing our cells with nutrients. Well hydrated and plump cells will also mean healthier skin. Again, your skin will have a youthful glow and you will look younger. What's more is that your body will have a much easier time eliminating excess weight, including excess weight in your face. When you think about it, water alone and fish alone can do great things for your body, but they work even better when they work together.
