Lose Double Chin

Look up slightly so that it stretches out your chin, and hit your chin lightly with the back of your fingers. Do five slow and gentle taps, and then another five slightly faster and harder, then another set of five even faster and harder. Just be sure that you’re not hitting yourself so hard that you’re physically hurting yourself! The objective here is to stretch out the chin to give it tension, and to increase the muscle tension through tapping. Do this exercise three times in the morning and three times at night, and you will see results!

Another thing you can do to lose double chin problems is to drink a lot of water. Many times face fat is caused by excess fat or being bloated. Water is a great way to melt away excess fat and reduce bloating all over your face, including your chin! You can also try to lose double chin problems by getting yourself a stylish new haircut. Bring attention away from your chin area by having a hairstyle that focuses more on the top of your head. An inverted bob is a good example. This type of haircut will draw the eyes towards your eyes and nose, and not your chin. This way your other features will get more attention while you work on losing your double chin!

Finally, you can lose double chin problems by getting chin liposuction or chin wraps. Liposuction of course is more effective, but many people who have done chin wraps also report good results. Try the chin wraps first before resorting to liposuction. Remember that liposuction usually comes with a maintenance regimen, and if you don’t have the discipline to do the regimen, you may end up with worse problem than what you started with!
