The Right Exercises and Proper Diet According to Your Body Type (Health Problems, Everyday Exercise and Regular Diet continued)

The kinds of exercise sought out by people who have this body type are mostly anaerobic or muscle building exercises. Lifting weights, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and the like are all natural exercises that they can easily do. However, because of their tendency to gain weight near the chest, cardiovascular exercises are also recommended in order to strengthen the heart. About thirty to forty minutes of cardiovascular exercise each day will help keep a mesomorph‐android type healthy and fit.

If a mesomorph‐android follows a healthy protein diet and remembers to do cardiovascular exercises, they will surely be in the pink of health. They may even lose more weight than they ever thought they would or gain more muscle than they expected. This is because some endomorphic men have android bodies (remember there are many different combinations) and just didn't know it because they didn't exercise. Once they do get down to a healthy weight however, fat face problems will usually occur in the chin or neck area.

Finally, we come to the willowy ectomorphs which gets paired off with the thyroid body type. The tendency to have fragile bones becomes a problem for this body type because fragile bones are easily injured. The other health problems often faced by people of this body type is cancer and cardiovascular diseases. This is often due to the fact that the body type is prone to abuse of stimulants like nicotine, caffeine, and in some cases stimulant pills.

To keep healthy, it is first important that any stimulant abuse (if any) stops. Next, a diet filled with calcium, to help strengthen bones, and fruit and vegetable juice to help cleanse the body is ideal. People of this body type are naturally drawn to carbohydrates because of their fast metabolism. It is recommended that they try to choose healthy and complex carbohydrates such as whole grain pasta, brown rice, bananas, squash, and other starchy fruit.

When it comes to exercising, the ectomorph‐thyroid body type is drawn to a lot of aerobic activity which tests stamina. They make good runners, cyclists, dancers, ice skaters, etc. Their minimal muscle mass naturally does not go for anaerobic weight building exercises, but it is important that this type of exercise is fit into their regimen in order to strengthen their muscles. Lifting weights in simple muscle toning exercises will be good for this body type. Make sure to focus on the muscles in the limbs.

Many people may think that there is no way a person with an ectomorphic thyroid body can have a fat face, but they are wrong. This body type is actually prone to chubby cheeks! Once a healthy regimen and lifestyle is achieved, ectomorphic thyroid bodies can focus their facial exercises to toning their chubby cheeks. Of course, the fact that they have a healthy diet will help reduce the chubbiness already.

While on the subject of health, it is important to note that having an eating disorder can make your face look fatter. This is because the face bloats (for anorexia) or chipmunk cheeks develop (for bulimia, due to the swollen salivary glands. The key to slimness and a thin face is always to achieve a healthy body first. Having an eating disorder can jeopardize all your efforts, plus lead to major health problems.
