For those of you who are afraid of eating fish all the time because you think you will run out of ideas or get sick of eating the same thing over and over, keep in mind that there are tons of different types of fish, and tons of different ways that you can cook them! What's more is that you're not limited to fish. Other forms of seafood are also very healthy, and can be incredibly tasty. Explore your other seafood options so you can enjoy diversity in your meals.

Next, let's talk about water. Like fish, water is something not everyone gets enough of. It may be because alternative drinks are so readily available in the market these days, that water gets pushed to the back of the line when it comes to choices for quenching your thirst. However, what our mothers and grandmothers have been telling us for years is absolutely true. Drink water! It's good for you. In fact, water should be your primary source of fluids.
First, water hydrates the body in a way no other liquid can. A large percentage of our body is already made up of water and so drinking a lot of water helps replace the old water in our bodies, thereby cleansing our bodies of toxins and waste. This means our body systems run better because our system is cleaner. When our system is cleaner, our organs work well.
Primarily, water can help cleanse our liver. When our liver is clean and working well, the bloated or puffy look we thought was excess fat here and there will disappear. Our stomachs will be flatter, our eyes will no longer be puffy, our cheeks will be slimmer, and the pockets of fat under our chin and jawline will disappear!
