Personally, I think people with round faces are cute, no matter how old they may be. Unfortunately, not everybody shares the same opinion. But whatever they may think of your chubby face, you shouldn’t let it get to your head (no pun intended). However, if your “condition” really bothers you that much, then maybe you should start doing something about it.
With that said, there are many methods to you could put into play here, but the one we’ll be focusing on for today is facial liposuction. Yes, this is a surgical procedure where there’ll be a surgeon with a sharp knife involved. What happens next is he makes incisions on the fatty areas that need to be sucked out. Next step is the insertion of tiny little tube inside the incisions, and then the sucking of fat commences. When it’s over, he closes the wounds and places gauze on them to prevent infection, and you’re good to go.
Patients that undergo this procedure will experience pain, which is perfectly normal after someone cuts up your face and wiggles a tiny tube around inside it. To help ease the soreness, medicine is advised to be taken (such as Tylenol) as well as putting an ice pack on it from time to time.
Your face will look much better, being “well-sculpted” with more prominent facial features. The downside of facial liposuction is without doubt the cost, as it could reach up to $4500. This is however, a one-time procedure (for most cases), since the fat cells are taken out during the operation. That in turn makes in nearly impossible for fat to come back for storage in those areas.
The procedure is sort of a “last resort” kind of thing – meaning, go for this procedure when all else fails. Not all facial liposuction operations end happy - you may save money by selecting a “less qualified” surgeon for the job, but end up paying more for undoing the damage done.
If you can’t afford the thousands of dollars needed for this operation, don’t bust a sweat, coz there are a truckload’s worth of fat face exercises that you can put to good use. Also, eating the right food and avoiding the wrong ones (like the ones rich in salt and calories) can help you with the task of shedding that unwanted fat. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day has also been proven helpful, especially when you drink a couple in the morning before breakfast.
