Eating chewy or crunchy foods also help tone your face because they work out your cheek muscles as you chew. Foods like broccoli, cauliflower, carrot sticks, celery sticks, and fresh cucumber are all healthy and chewy!
Along with your facial exercises, try getting facial massages at least once a month. If these are too expensive, do a simple massage on your own every night as you moisturize your skin. Remember to always use upward strokes when applying your moisturizer. Downward motions promote wrinkles and sagging. When doing this upwards motion, apply light pressure on your face with your fingertips.
Finally, smile often! A natural smile is one of the best ways you can exercise your cheeks and keep the muscles strong. Do things that make you happy or watch movies and shows that make you laugh, and get those muscles moving!
